About us
Leap Mind International Limited operates Yuzu Connect for adults aged 18 or over in Hong Kong. For privacy enquiries, access or correction requests, contact info@yuzuconnect.com.hk.
Information we use
We use account and contact details, sign-in identifiers, photos, profile and matching answers, bookings, attendance, membership and payment records, feedback, device identifiers and support messages. Profile answers may include birthday, gender, relationship information, occupation, language, interests and personality. We use this information to run accounts, check eligibility, arrange groups and events, process payments, send service notices, provide support and protect the service. Required information is identified when collected; without it, we may be unable to provide the relevant service.
Information shared
Your assigned dinner group may see your name, photo, gender, personality type, attendance status and user identifier; occupation is revealed later. Participants booked into the same activity may see your name, photo, gender and user identifier. Organisers and venues receive information needed to provide the service.
Service providers
We use Google/Firebase, Apple, Airwallex, OneWaySMS, Cloudflare and hosting, backup and email providers. They process information needed for authentication, storage, notifications, payments, security and support, sometimes outside Hong Kong. Payment and other embedded services may process billing details, identifiers, interactions, diagnostics and approximate location from network information. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary and lawful to protect people or legal rights. Optional marketing requires separate consent. Retention and deletion
We keep information as needed to provide services, handle payments and disputes, protect users and meet legal obligations. You can request account deletion in the app’s account settings. Confirmed deletion removes your active profile and starts related provider cleanup. Necessary transaction, legal and dispute records may remain. Backup copies may remain temporarily and expire through the normal backup cycle. Contact us for help with deletion or retained information.
Your choices
You can update available profile fields and notification preferences in the app, and contact us to request access to or correction of your data. We may verify your identity. We use access controls and appropriate safeguards. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details to support. We will explain material policy changes and seek consent where required.

使用的資料
我們使用帳戶及聯絡資料、登入識別資料、相片、個人檔案及配對答案、預約、出席、會籍及付款記錄、意見、裝置識別資料和客服訊息。個人檔案答案可能包括生日、性別、感情狀況、職業、語言、興趣及性格。我們使用資料管理帳戶、核實資格、安排分組及活動、處理付款、發出服務通知、提供支援及保障服務。收集時會標示必要資料；如未提供，我們可能無法提供相關服務。
共享的資料
所屬聚餐小組可能看到你的姓名、相片、性別、性格類型、出席狀態及用戶識別碼；職業資料稍後揭示。同一活動有預約的參加者可能看到你的姓名、相片、性別及用戶識別碼。主辦者及場地會收到提供服務所需的資料。
服務供應商
我們使用 Google/Firebase、Apple、Airwallex、OneWaySMS、Cloudflare，以及託管、備份及電郵供應商。供應商處理驗證、儲存、通知、付款、保安及支援所需的資料，部分處理可能在香港以外進行。支付及其他內置服務可能處理帳單資料、識別資料、互動、診斷資料，以及從網絡資料推算的大概位置。法律要求，或為保障人身安全或法律權利而有必要且合法時，我們亦可能披露資料。可選推廣須另行取得同意。 Airwallex 會收集支付服務使用資料，用於分析及防範欺詐。私隱政策：Airwallex 私隱政策。
保留及刪除
我們按提供服務、處理付款及爭議、保障用戶及履行法律義務的需要保留資料。你可在應用程式的帳戶設定申請刪除帳戶。確認刪除後會移除有效個人檔案，並開始相關供應商清理。必要的交易、法律及爭議記錄可能保留。備份副本可能暫時保留，並按正常備份週期到期清除。如需刪除或保留資料的協助，請聯絡我們。
你的選擇
你可在應用程式更新可用的個人檔案欄位及通知偏好，亦可聯絡我們要求查閱或更正資料。我們可能需要核實身份，並採用存取控制及合適保安措施。請勿向客服傳送密碼、驗證碼或完整信用卡資料。重大政策修訂會作說明，並在需要時取得同意。
