Yuzu Connect is for people aged 18 and over. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, including grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking and child sexual abuse material. Content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits or endangers children is not allowed.
To report a safety concern, email info@yuzuconnect.com.hk. Include the relevant account or event, date and a brief description. Do not send, download or forward illegal images or videos. The same reporting details are available in the app's Help section.
We review reports and take appropriate action against prohibited content and accounts. We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the relevant authority when required by applicable law and cooperate with lawful requests. Our designated safety contact handles child-safety notifications, including notices from Google Play.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. This reporting inbox is not an emergency service.
