Delete your Yuzu Connect account

You can request deletion without installing or signing in to the app.

  1. Email info@yuzuconnect.com.hk with the subject “Yuzu Connect account deletion”.
  2. Include the phone number or email associated with your account. Do not send your password, one-time code, identity documents or payment-card details.
  3. We will explain how to verify account ownership and process your request. We may ask for additional non-sensitive account information to prevent someone else from deleting your account.

You can also request deletion in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account.

What is deleted and retained

Confirmed deletion removes your active personal profile, including contact and questionnaire information, and starts cleanup of linked sign-in accounts and profile photos. Necessary transaction and business records are retained for at least seven years to meet accounting and legal obligations; records required for unresolved legal matters may be retained longer. Residual backup copies expire within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

刪除你的 Yuzu Connect 帳戶

你無需安裝或登入應用程式，也可申請刪除帳戶。

  1. 電郵至 info@yuzuconnect.com.hk，主旨填寫「Yuzu Connect 刪除帳戶」。
  2. 提供帳戶所用的電話號碼或電郵。請勿傳送密碼、一次性驗證碼、身份證明文件或信用卡資料。
  3. 我們會說明如何核實帳戶持有人並處理申請。為防止他人刪除你的帳戶，我們可能要求額外的非敏感帳戶資料。

你亦可在應用程式內的個人頁面 → 設定 → 刪除帳戶提出申請。

刪除及保留的資料

確認刪除後，我們會移除使用中的個人檔案，包括聯絡及問卷資料，並啟動關聯登入帳戶及頭像的清理程序。為履行會計及法律責任，必要交易及業務記錄會保留至少七年；未解決法律事宜所需的記錄可能保留更長時間。殘餘備份副本會於30天內到期清除。詳情請參閱私隱政策。
